The light is powered with a rechargeable lithium battery and comes with a short charging cable using a USB socket such as the ones installed in the tent.
The light comes with a metal strip that attaches to the roof of the tent using Velcro. the light itself attaches to the strip with micro-magnets so that it can be easily removed and used as a torch if required.
