Ready for Work & Play, Built for the Long Haul
This Toyota Land Cruiser 300 Series was set up with a clear brief: enhance everyday usability while making it tougher, smarter, and more capable for the long run. No over-the-top mods here—just the right gear, professionally installed and dialed in for the job.
Up front, we’ve fitted a TJM Outback bull bar to protect against animal impacts, increase approach angle and add mounting options for accessories. Sitting cleanly on top is a Lazer Lamps Triple R 1250 light bar for serious visibility without the bulk. Hiding behind the bar is a Saber off-road winch with an alloy shackle—lightweight, strong, and ready when needed.
Suspension’s been upgraded with a Tough Dog GVM kit, giving the LC300 a 4,139kg GVM (up from 3,280kg) while keeping towing capacity at 3,500kg. Whether it’s loaded up for work or touring, this setup is engineered, certified, and legal on WA roads. Mickey Thompson all-terrains on Pro Comp wheels round out the stance—capable off-road, yet refined enough for daily driving.
On the sides, you’ll notice Clearview towing mirrors for better rearward visibility when towing, and Clearview Power Boards that automatically drop down when the doors open—easy access without compromising clearance. We’ve also fitted a Safari Snorkel for cleaner, cooler air in addition to protection against water ingress on creek crossings.
Up top, we’ve installed a Tracklander low-profile roof rack, housing a solar panel to keep the auxiliary battery charged on the go. Mounted to the rack is a Bush Company 180 XT freestanding awning—quick to deploy, rock solid in the wind, and no poles needed.
Inside, we’ve added a Uniden UHF mounted to an M4C bracket for comms. Solarscreen window covers help with heat management and privacy. In the rear, a full RVSS drawer system keeps things organized, with space for a fridge, lockable drawers, and an onboard TJM air compressor. There’s also a clean switch panel and 240V outlet powered by a Revolution Power 100Ah slimline lithium battery and 1200W inverter—quiet, clean power wherever it’s needed.
Down the back, we’ve upgraded the trailer plug setup with an M4C bracket housing Anderson connectors for a neat, durable finish that’s ready to tow and power up.
Final word: This LC300 is the definition of capability without compromise – ready for weekday duties, outback touring as a tow vehicle, and weekends off the grid. Built right here in Perth, and backed by the M4C team, it is ready to handle any terrain!
